All individuals, either singly or jointly, Societies and Trusts.
Other Conditions
Saving Bank accounts are basically meant for the purpose of Savings and only personal transactions ( Non-trade) are to be routed through the account.  Number of Transactions should be moderate.

    • Introduction from existing Savings / Current Account holder / Customer of the Bank.

No Minimum Balance, No initial deposit to open the account.

No restrictions like Age, Income Criteria for opening BSBD Account.

All provisions of KYC, AML, PML are applicable.

Passbooks are given free.
